Thank You!

As a part of raising funds to support our capital items we typically interact with our constituents to demonstrate and explain our needs.  We host open houses, we attend farmer’s markets, and provide impromptu station tours for families.  In 2020 we could do none of that.  Our entire fund-raising effort has relied upon mail campaigns.

Our community has certainly stepped up.  Our drives are up just a bit over last year.  This helps offset many of the 2020 related expenses.  Both the Fire Department and the Rescue Squad have done well.  Roughly 800 of our 3400 owners have sent in contributions.  This is even with years past, however, the average size of the contribution has climbed to over $200.

Thanks to “B-Shift” and volunteer EMT Ron Culberson for putting together a 3-minute video to show you some of the major capital acquisitions of the past 12-18 months.  Featured in the video you will see our newest ambulance, ventilators, fire attack trucks, and brand-new firefighting air-packs.

We could not possibly be more grateful.  Thank you for helping us help you! We hope you enjoy the video.
