Vehicle Fire - Beech Grove Road

Wintergreen Fire Department was dispatch to a MVC on Beech Grove Road with possible fire. When crews arrived on scene they found a single vehicle overturned in the woods just off the side of the road that was on fire. The fire was knocked down as quickly as possible and road partially opened until the vehicle could be removed. The single occupant of the vehicle was out and safely away from the vehicle thanks to the help of bystanders. One non-critical patient was transported. Units on scene were Engine 61, Tanker 62, Captain 65, Medic 92, Medic 178, Ambulance 56, Rockfish Fire Department, and Virginia State Police.
